We typically include 2 rounds of revisions, with an agreed fee for extra revisions outside of the number stated in your unique contract. We’ll update you through the production process to make sure everything is going as planned and inform you of any "surprises" that may come along the way.

Half and full-day rates are standard in video production as they account all the factors that make your video look great! Transporting gear, setting up lights, checking audio, and prepping the location. For small projects we offer 1-hour production for "quick shoots" with our rates starting with a 2-hour minimum. A discovery call helps us determine what set-up is best for you.

Yes! Once the video is finalized, it's all yours. All raw footage is maintained for 60 days. Afterwards, it’s archived and maintained for four years, but won’t be easily accessible and would incur a small access fee. Typically, raw footage belongs to the video production company, but we can supply you with all your footage on an external hard drive and transfer all copyrights to you at a predetermined fee. *Work for hire contracts differ from traditional client work.

We run two different packages depending on your needs and budget: (1) RED Komodo package is our premium video option, with a 6K resolution and high color spectrum quality, we highly suggest this option if budget allows. (2) Sony Alpha series package is our secondary, but still high quality 4K resolution option. We own the industry standard lighting, audio equipment, backdrops and accessories–we consistently invest in new gear to ensure the best results.

Absolutely, we love traveling to see our clients in other parts of the country. We’re based in South Florida but offer the flexibility to travel to clients. Additionally, we have creative partners in most major U.S. cities, allowing us to keep travel expenses as minimal as possible.

It depends on the complexity of the project and shooting schedule — so we usually tailor it do each project, but we always promise efficiency. However, the majority of videos we produce - can be filmed in a full-day.

Yes, you'll be able to request from male or female voiceover artists in any accent or language. We work with great talent acquisitions agencies and sites to offer the voice that work suite your need perfectly!

Multiple locations can be shot in a film, but it does take a significant amount of time to move and rest, so it limits how much can be captured. Filming locations in the tri-county area: Miami/Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach are included, but anything beyond may incur small fees to cover time & expenses.

No problem, we understand that things come up! You can reschedule your shoot up to 48-hours before the first shoot date, but please allow for a minimum of 5 business days to rebook the date - based on our availability.

Due to rigorous legal implications, we can not use 'commercial songs or music' for your videos. Especially if they are going to be used for marketing, online or broadcast. We have paid subscriptions to the best royalty-free music licensing directories - and will choose the best style song that matches your project. During the video review process, you'll get the opportunity to changes the tone and genre of the music selected if needed.
